Screen printing

High ink film thickness at a favourable price: Screen printing is one of the classic printing processes, especially for printing on the barrel.

In the screen printing process, the printing ink is pressed through a fine mesh fabric onto the writing instrument with the help of a rubber squeegee. In order to be able to apply the print motif to the advertising medium, a film must first be created from the motif. This film is placed on a specially coated screen printing fabric. With the help of a UV light source, the screen on which the fabric is stretched is processed in such a way that the areas to be printed remain ink-permeable. Screen printing can be used not only for single-colour prints but also for multicolour all-round prints.

Pad printing

Precise finishing of convex or concave surfaces such as clips is easy thanks to the flexible silicone pad.

The pad printing process is an indirect gravure printing process. A film is created from the customer's print motif, which serves as a template for the creation of the cliché. With the help of a photochemical process, the cliché is processed in such a way that the motif remains displaced on the surface. These depressions are then filled with ink. An elastic pad absorbs the ink and transfers the print motif to the pen. In this way, a clean print result can be achieved even on strongly curved objects.

Digital printing

Images and colour transitions can be easily applied with this high-resolution process -also possible as a tactile spot effect.
