Sustainable. Colourful. Made in Germany – the ballpoint pen Like Recycling from Schneider

Schneider Schreibgeraete is taking another step towards sustainability: the popular Like Recycling ballpoint pen, available in opaque colours, is now made from over 70% recycled plastic (barrel). The plastics used have already had a previous life. This means that our recycled products were originally products or packaging which, after use, were sent to the waste cycle and reprocessed into recycled plastic granules.
As with all writing instruments made from recycled or bio-based materials, Schneider has the recycled content verified and certified by an independent expert.

The Like Recycling impresses not only with its sustainable choice of materials, but also with 10 fresh, modern colours that offer scope for brand design. The ballpoint pen is manufactured in the Black Forest – ‘Made in Germany’ stands for the highest quality and environmental standards. Fitted with the tried-and-tested 774 refill, a wear-resistant stainless steel tip ensures that the ink can be used up completely and without smudging.

The Mix & Match concept is particularly appealing for promotional campaigns: from as little as 300 units, the barrel colours can be freely combined at no extra cost. This allows the ballpoint pen to be perfectly tailored to the customer’s logo or corporate identity. The wide range of options can also be easily tested and configured using the Pen Configurator.

The Like Recycling also offers generous printing areas and can be customised using various finishing techniques. Digital printing and screen printing are available, as is pad printing. Both the design as a business card pen and the integration of QR codes are possible, turning the sustainable ballpoint pen into an effective brand ambassador with added value.
